Found on a road near Aurora Mall in Samara, in an area with fairly heavy pedestrian traffic.
The bush-cricket was already dead, so I took it for a closer look and some photos.
Its total length including the wings is about 4-5 cm. Judging by the absence of a long ovipositor, this is a male. At first I mistook it for another species because of its large size.
